Sucrose Stearate

Sucrose stearate is a sucrose fatty acids ester, white to Off-white powder, very slightly soluble in water. Pharmaceutical excipients, solubilisers, emulsifiers and lubricants, etc. Low-foam nonionic detergent, surfactants. used primarily in makeup preparations, as an emollient and emulsifying agent. also used to enhance the oral delivery of alendronate by enhancing intestinal absorption.
